Accommodation Notice

IF YOU ARE STAYING AT THE MONARCH - PLEASE READ. Check-In time is 4pm. If you are checking in on FRIDAY 9/9, you should be all set. If you are checking in on SATURDAY 9/10 (the day of the wedding), please note checking in at 4pm will NOT allow you enough time to make it to our ceremony. The provided transportation will depart from Monarch at 3:15pm. If you are driving, we ask you please arrive to Blackstone Rivers Ranch by 4:00pm (about a 25 minute drive). You have THREE options: 1) Request early check-in. Arrive at the Monarch anytime after 12pm, head to the front desk, and check-in. They will send you a text message when your room becomes available. Enjoy the casino while you wait! 2) Head to the front desk and settle all registration/charges for check-in. If there are no rooms ready and it is time to depart for the wedding, leave your bags with the front desk and head to the wedding. When your room becomes available, they will deliver your luggage to your room. Stop by the front desk when you return from the wedding and grab your key. 3) Check in after the wedding. If you don't make it to the front desk prior to the wedding, no worries! The front desk is open 24/7. Upon returning from the wedding, stop by the front desk and check-in. Shuttle

Lococo Wedding Transportation

September 10, 2022 3:15 pm - 11:30 pm

The provided shuttles will be picking up guests from the Monarch Resort at 3:15pm in the valet pull-through, just outside the lobby. This is the only pickup the shuttles will make on their way to Blackstone Rivers Ranch. There is free parking at the Monarch resort if needed. Monarch Resort to Blackstone Rivers Ranch: DEPARTURE TIME: 3:15pm - please leave time to navigate the hotel, it can be a little confusing! The shuttle will make three different pick-up trips at the end of the night that will all go directly from Blackstone Rivers Ranch to the Monarch Resort. Blackstone Rivers Ranch to Monarch Resort: DEPARTURE #1: 9:30pm (will arrive at Monarch around 10:00pm) DEPARTURE #2: 10:00pm (will arrive at Monarch around 10:30pm) DEPARTURE #3: 11:00pm (will arrive at Monarch around 11:30pm)

We will be providing transportation between the Monarch & Blackstone Rivers Ranch. Please note there is NO CELL SERVICE at the venue and no access to Ubers, Lyfts, or taxis. There is also NO OVERNIGHT PARKING allowed at the venue - please plan accordingly. See Lococo Wedding Transportation for details on the provided transportation.
