Our dress code is cocktail attire. We encourage women to wear a knee-length, tea-length, or midi dress and men to wear a suit and tie. Please note that our ceremony will be held outside and our reception under an outdoor tent - plan your attire accordingly. We know Colorado weather can be a bit unpredictable, and we want our guests to be comfortable.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to allow time for parking and finding your way to your seat.
We are only able to accommodate guests that are formally invited and stated on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, the option to note their name will appear when you RSVP under the “RSVP” tab.

We have a room block held at the Monarch Resort Casino & Spa in Black Hawk and rooms can be reserved at your convenience. More information can be found on our "Travel and Accommodations" page, as well as a more extensive list of lodging options.
Free transportation will be provided between Monarch Resort and our venue, Blackstone Rivers Ranch. For more details on pick-up and drop-off times, please visit our "Travel & Accommodations" page. Exact times will be posted as we get closer to our event, so please check back periodically.
Our venue offers free parking onsite. Please note that all vehicles must be removed at the end of the celebration, so please plan accordingly.

The bar does require you show your ID to be served alcohol at our event. Please remember to bring it!
