Shuttle

Shuttle between the Hotels and the Wedding Venue

We have organized for a yellow school bus (woo hoo!!!) to shuttle guests for the evening. This will be available for anyone who wants to leave their car at the hotel or for anyone who drives to the venue, but can't drive home. Note: Cars left overnight must be fetched by 11am on Saturday, April 13th. Getting to the Ceremony The bus will make 1 pick up at each of the hotels before the ceremony to get you to Lake Lyndsay on time. The bus will leave the AC Marriott at 4:15pm (on the dot) and head to Comfort Inn. It will leave the Comfort Inn at 4:45pm (on the dot) the head to the venue. Note: If you miss the shuttle, you can Uber or drive to the venue and leave your car. Returning to the hotel The bus will start making rounds between the venue and hotels at around 8:45pm (just after the 1st dance and parents' dance), for those who want to leave the party early. Last bus will leave the venue at midnight.

We have reserved a block of rooms at this hotel for $134 + taxes (currently 13%) a night including breakfast. We have reserved a block of rooms at this hotel for $105 + taxes (currently 13%) a night including breakfast. This rate is valid for stays from Thursday, April 11, 2019 to Saturday, April 13, 2019. The link will auto-populate with check-in date of Thursday, April 11, 2019, but this can be changed to Friday for those only planning a 1-night stay. CVG now has many options for flights, including the major carriers (Delta, American, United, Southwest) and some discount airlines like Frontier. There are many options for rental cars, as well. It is about a 50 minute drive from the venue location.

DAY is a small, convenient airport, with many options for flights, including the major carriers (Delta, American, United) and some discount airlines. There are also many options for rental cars. It is about a 50 minute drive from the venue.

Travel Note

Interested in Staying in Downtown Cincinnati?

Sorry, we are not providing transportation between downtown Cincinnati and the venue. It is about a 45 minute drive between the venue and downtown. An Uber ride would be about $40 to $50 one way. Some hotels we suggest in downtown Cincinnati include: AC Hotel by Marriott Cincinnati at The Banks, SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cincinnati Midtown on Eden Park Drive, Holiday Inn and Suites Downtown Cincinnati on Broadway Street, or 21C Hotel and Museum. Don't forget to also look in Northern Kentucky (Covington, KY or Newport, KY)!
