Check-in: 4pm / Check-out: 10am If any guest requires a guaranteed early check in, they must also book the day before their expected arrival. Each guest must provide a valid credit card or debit card to guarantee their reservation at the time of booking. For all standard refundable guest pay reservations, one night room charge plus tax will be collected 48 hours prior to arrival; if the credit card declines, reservation is subject to cancellation. The remaining balance will be charged upon check-in. The credit card used for the one night payment must be presented at check in and the name on the credit card must match the name on the photo ID presented at check-in. A valid credit card or debit card will be required at check- in to cover the remaining balance of all room, tax, fees, and a $200 deposit for incidentals. Checks and/or cash will not be accepted at the front desk.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy: We must be contacted 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to cancel or modify your reservation to avoid a first night’s room and tax penalty to individual. No Shows: A no-show reservation will be charged first night's room and tax to the individual. Each guest room is required to have one adult (21 years of age or older) check-in and occupy the room throughout entire stay. They are also required to present a credit card and valid ID upon arrival. Any special request you may have will be noted to your reservation but cannot be guaranteed. Daily housekeeping is not available; however, towels and tidies are available upon request at the front desk. After 9/8/20, all reservations are subject to availability at the prevailing rate.
