We are still figuring out how to make this wedding the safest possible, however the following are current considerations for your safety: - Number of guests reduced from 200+ to immediate family only (around 80 people) - Outdoor seating/ tables will be spaced for social distancing - Sanitizer will be provided at each table - Masks will be required when not at designated table (including dancing) - All vendors are required to wear a mask and will take extra precautions throughout the evening - Masks will be made available for guests if someone does not have one already or gets lost/ damaged. - Precautions the reception site is taking: * Staff will be wearing gloves and mask throughout the evening. * Buffet food will be served by staff so not touched by guests. * Multiple handwash stations have been added to kitchen where food is prepared, and gloves & mask are used during prep.
The dress code is semi-formal but weather appropriate. The weather will likely be fairly hot in the afternoon and cooler in the evening, so please plan accordingly. The wedding is outdoors, so be conscious of footwear (and make sure you can dance in them). We're sure they're comfortable, but please no shorts or white dresses.
We love your kids, but this will be an adults only celebration with very limited children of the immediate family. Kids are welcome to come spend time in Sedona as well, however we ask that they not be at the wedding due to venue limitations.
There will be buffet style service with various types of foods, so no need to make any selections before the wedding. When you RSVP however, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions that we will try our best to accommodate.
