Until Death

Lizzy fondly recalls the night she met Niko. It was at the afterparty of a convention in late 2017, and he (without actually having attended the convention) walked onto the porch section of the bar in a black suit, striking quite a contrast against the casually dressed PNW natives and cosplayers. He charmed Lizzy immediately, engaged her in conversation, and then left early like a suave and mysterious Cinderella. Lizzy went home hoping the someday be closer friends with the man she'd met at the after party that night. Niko fondly recalls the two times they had met before then, which Lizzy had completely forgotten. But in neither instance was he wearing a suit.

Niko grew up on a tropical island and has spent a significant amount of time on Oahu. I (Lizzy) had never been to Oahu, so we grasped the opportunity to explore a beloved place to him and planned a trip. No trip is complete without memorable activities, so we decided get married (very memorable activity) and turn our vacation into a honeymoon.

While we wish we could invite everyone that we know and love, we are held to a fixed guest count set by the company hosting our wedding. This limits our guest list to immediate family and very few friends. However, we have arranged for a live stream of the wedding so that those who we couldn't invite, but still want to celebrate with us, can do so virtually.
