We HIGHLY ENCOURAGE staying in our room block as it is only a 5 minute walk to our venue and will have the lowest rate of many of the hotels in the area. Flight

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA)

DC has several major airports, but DCA is the closest to our venue. If you're flying, we recommend arriving through DCA. If needed, you can also fly in through Dulles International Airport (IAD), though it is about a 30 minute metro ride from the city.

Train

The Metro (WMATA)

The best (and easiest) way to get around DC is via the Metro! You can easily travel from both major airports to all the monuments and museums, as well as close to our hotel and venue. The Metro is clean, safe, and easy to navigate. Check out the link below to learn more about getting around with the Metro! Tip: The Metro stop closest to our hotel and venue is Farragut West. This is directly accessible via the Orange, Silver, or Blue line trains.

Travel Note

Getting Around

DC is a very walkable city, most people walk or take the Metro everywhere. We don't recommend renting a car/driving around as parking can be hard to find and very expensive. If you'd prefer to not take the metro or walk , taking an Uber/Lyft will be your next best option.
