Things To Do

Washington DC is a wonderful place to visit with so many things to do! Below are some of our favorite spots to eat, places to visit, and things to do while visiting our exciting city!

Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum

601 Independence Avenue Southwest, Washington, DC 20560

We recommend any of the Smithsonian Museums, they're all so fun and (best of all) free! Our favorite one to visit is the Air and Space museum.

International Spy Museum

700 L'Enfant Plaza Southwest, Washington, DC 20024

While not a Smithsonian, the Spy Museum is one of our absolute favorites and definitely deserves all the hype.

Nationals Park

1500 South Capitol Street SE, Washington, DC 20003

While we are Cubs fans, our favorite summer activity is going to a Nats game. Fun fact: It was after a date to Nats Park that we said "I love you" for the first time! Bonus tip: check out Royal Sands Bar across the street for the best espresso martini.

Eastern Market

225 7th Street Southeast, Washington, DC 20003

Take the metro over to Eastern Market in the morning to check out some local vendors, artists, and good eats! Walking through the shops is our favorite post-brunch activity.

Call Your Mother Deli

1143 New Hampshire Avenue Northwest, Washington, DC 20037

The BEST bagels and breakfast sandwiches in the world. Our favorite is the Bacon Sun City sandwich, but you can't go wrong with anything on their menu!

KAZ Sushi Bistro

1915 I Street Northwest, Washington, DC 20006

One of our favorite restaurants, best sushi in the city!
