What time should I arrive?

Please arrive by 4:30pm.

The reception will end around 10:30pm.

What health and safety measures will be taken during the event?

Answer

Please do not attend if you are feeling sick. We ask that all guests who are eligible be vaccinated against COVID-19. If possible, please take a test within a few days of the event. Lastly, masks are not required, but we encourage anyone to wear a mask if they prefer.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors at the terrace at the Atrium at Meadowlark Botanical Garden. An indoor reception will follow.

How do I get to the Atrium at Meadowlark?

Directions to the Atrium at Meadowlark Botanical Garden are available at the venue's website under Contact: www.novaparks.com/weddings-catering/the-atrium-at-meadowlark The Atrium is the building to the right when you enter the Meadowlark Botanical Garden parking lot. Parking for the Atrium events is separate from parking for the general public. Please follow the signage.

Yes, transportation between the hotel and venue will be available before and after the event. Check out the Travel section of this website for arrival and departure details.
