Travel Note
The Ceremony/Reception will take place in Concord, (which is about 30 min north of Charlotte) while the Welcome Party will take place in central Charlotte. Where you stay is entirely up to your preferences & schedule. There are a handful of hotels by the interstate in Concord but Charlotte will provide many more options and more to do.
Flight
Charlotte Douglas will be your best bet if you're flying in! Concord Padgett airport is also an option close to the Reception venue but is a much smaller airport with less flights and no attached rental car service.
Hotel
