Welcome to our hometown, Annapolis! Annapolis is the capital of Maryland and has a rich history dating back to colonial times. It is the home of the US Naval Academy, hosts multiple boat shows each year, and was once the capital of the United States. We love exploring new cities, whether it's by foot or by bike/scooter. Downtown Annapolis, or DTA as we like to say, is easily walkable from all the hotels listed in our "Travel" section. Annapolis is best enjoyed outside and with great food. Whether you prefer to grab coffee and walk around the waterfront (a Lizzie fave), or grab a beer Downtown and watch sports (a Danny fave), or schedule time for a paddleboard rental (a California fave) and a meal, please see our DTA recs below!
