With Love, from California to Maryland

Our story starts at South River High School... On February 10, 2013, after some awkward dates and long facetimes at night, Danny asked and made it official. From taking the same classes, to running track, to exploring Annapolis with our newly earned driver's licenses, our lives in high school were together as one. We went to separate universities to find ourselves as individuals though; Lizzie attending the University of Maryland and Danny at NC State. When we weren't in the library or enjoying our respective Greek lives, we would make the 5-hour drive from College Park to Raleigh for long weekends. In May 2019 we both graduated with our engineering degrees and were ready to tackle the world. After college, Danny moved back up north to Delaware, and Liz moved to Baltimore. We were THRILLED to switch to medium distance... only 75 minutes apart! But that wasn't close enough and in January 2022, we moved in together and adopted our sweet cat Vino. During our post-grad years, we found our love for traveling together. And as we traveled, one thing became abundantly clear to the both of us: we were ready for a new adventure together. In January of 2024, we moved to across the coast to Long Beach, CA, to pursue new jobs, new cultures, and new experiences that brought us closer than we ever could have imagined back in High School. And with this adventure came commitment. In February 2024, Danny proposed to Lizzie on their 11th anniversary in Cancun during a private dinner on the beach, in what was one of the worst dining experiences, and yet one of the greatest moments of our young lives. Ask us about it! We have been privileged with incredible friends and family throughout our lives, and we are incredibly excited to share our love and wedding with you all.
