Are you providing shuttles?

Answer

Yes! We are providing shuttles to and from our welcome party and to and from our wedding and after party from all of our blocked hotels - Wylder Windham, Union & Post and Winwood Inn. See the schedules on the Travel & Shuttles page.

What should I pack?

Answer

We recommend packing additional layers for your wedding weekend outfits. Especially after dark, the temps in the mountains can be chilly. We have outdoor elements to our welcome party and wedding celebrations, so please keep that in mind as you pack for the weekend. We also recommend packing a swimsuit (if you plan to use the pool or sauna), athleisure clothing for various sporting and hiking activities and footwear that will do well on assorted outdoor terrain (grass, gravel, etc). Finally, packing an umbrella or two would be wise.

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

The bulk of our wedding weekend is taking place outdoors (weather permitting), so we encourage you to plan footwear that can take you across varied terrain, from gravel to grass and more. This might* not be the ideal weekend for stilettos.

How do I report a food allergy or dietary restriction?

Answer

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have three great options for you to choose from - Wylder Windham, Union & Post and Windham Mountain Club. All are great - you can check out those options and booking instructions on our travel pafe. If you want to be more "in the action" during the wedding weekend, we recommend booking at Wylder Windham - that is where the bulk of our Saturday day activities will take place, as well as our Sunday brunch.
