How many guests will you have?

As of 5/18/21, our church (St. Joseph's) and reception venue have different capacities due to COVID regulations. Invites have gone out to some for both the ceremony and reception and to others for the ceremony only. Although we would ideally like to accommodate everyone at both, we are doing our best to give our loved ones opportunities to be involved in our day one way or another. RSVP by June 1.

What types of COVID-related regulations will be placed on the day?

Regulations are currently developing as more people are vaccinated, but nothing has changed for our venues yet. We will keep this updated as changes are made concrete. It is important to us as members of St. Joseph's and employees of the dioceses of NY that the mask mandate and social distancing rules be carefully followed in the church. There will be ushers to seat you and masks must be worn for the duration of the wedding mass over your nose and mouth. As for the reception, Locust Grove Estate's policy is that a mask must be worn at all times unless seated and eating or drinking. Mingling will not be permitted during the cocktail hour and masks will be required on the dance floor. We realize that many people have different opinions about this, but as our guests, we ask you to respect the requirements. We hope that you are able to join us, but please keep our request in mind when making your decision to attend. We truly hope to have a celebratory and safe environment for everyone.
