Please RSVP by September 11th so we can finalize our headcount. Use the RSVP tab on this site, or follow the instructions on your invitation.
The ceremony starts at 4:30 pm, but we kindly ask that you arrive by 4:15 pm at the latest. This will give you a few extra minutes to get settled and find your seat before we begin
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. For men, a suit or a dress shirt with a tie is suggested. For women, a midi or knee-length dress is suggested.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If your guest/date is invited, their name will appear when you RSVP.
To allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation, we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adults-only occasion unless otherwise stated on your wedding invitation.
Yes! We’ve reserved room blocks at El Conquistador Tucson with a special rate. Use our group code TDWO23 or mention the Thomas-Diaz Wedding. Deadline to book is September 23rd. If you have any more travel questions, please use the Travel tab on this site.
Your love and presence are our greatest gifts! But if you’d like to give something, we have included a Registry tab on this site.
We kindly ask that you turn off and put away your phones and cameras during the ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture every moment. Don’t worry—we’ll be sharing all the photos with you afterward so you won’t miss a thing. Thank you for understanding!
There is complimentary on-site parking available at the venue. Follow the signs upon arrival to the designated guest parking lot. However, we highly encourage guests to take an Uber/Lyft to the venue as no cars are allowed to be parked overnight
