Matt and I first met back in the 90’s where we spent pretty much every single day of our lives together. Lizelle on the other hand I do not recall meeting, but that’s okay! Her and I still managed to become good friends along the way.

Hey everybody, my name is Alex. I am Lizelle’s favorite lil brother. I am very honored to be in this position to help my ate with her dream wedding. Lizelle has helped me throughout many situations in my life and I am grateful to have a supporting sister like her around. She always made sure I was on the right track and checked if my mental was right. I owe my sister the world so I’ll do the absolute most to make sure Lizelle and Matthew’s wedding goes perfect as she wants it. On the other side, I couldn’t have asked for a better brother in law to marry my sister. Matthew is very thoughtful and kind and has even helped me through very hard times. I have known Matt ever since a little boy and I can say for sure he’s valid. I’m glad I have a trustworthy man marrying my sister.

Hello, my name is Roberto Roldan. I personally like to think of myself as the sarcastic voice of reason at times, and I've known Matt for nearly twelve years at this point so I've had a couple of opportunities to put that to use. I remember meeting him through a friend at the guitar club in high school that we really only attended for one session. Since that time, we've played in a band together, came up with a random clothing line, and other misadventures that I don't think anyone else could've convinced me to go along with. I definitely say I appreciate the loyalty Matt displays to those he cares about and I wish both he and Lizelle all the best going forward.

Hey there! I’m Carleigh and I first met Lizelle in college - we were freshman year roommates! We quickly became friends and each other’s home away from home. The Lucas family was so kind to me and adopted me as their own without question. I knew we were meant to be lifelong friends. Eight years of laughter and tears later, I’m so honored to be a part of her special day and stand beside her and Matt as they make this commitment to each other, just as she did for me on my wedding day. My name is Bernard Ferrer, I am a kind, helpful, and honest person. I’ve known Matthew since our days in Ben when we were in middle school. Man, that was a long time ago haha. I remember us always playing basketball all day, to always hanging out in the morning before school in the hallways doing our homework at Westmoor. It’s funny how I would always be copying Matthew and Lizelle, to us helping each other in Stats, and Matthew becoming a math teacher. We worked together at AYRP at M.H. Tobias and had fun memories at Summer Camp at Westlake. From performing at the talent show together w/ our coworkers and Volunteens to making gains in the gym together, we have made many great memories together and hope to have more to come.

Hello everyone! I’m Renee and I am lucky enough to be one of the bridesmaids in Lizelle and Matt’s wedding. Lizelle and I always reminisce about how we met for the first time in our Freshman-year nursing class 7 years ago — turns out I went to the wrong class! Lizelle has been a steadfast part of my life since and is someone whom I know will be a lifelong friend. In the time of knowing Lizelle, I met Matt and began to peel back his layers. He is a shy guy, but a funny guy! I always admired their dynamic and their relationship with each other. They definitely have something special and I am so excited to be a part of their wedding!

Hey there, this is PJ Dolores. There really isn’t a good way to describe the type of person I am, so just ask around, Im sure you’ll get a lot of answers. Anyway, I met Matt in elementary school when we combined for a split class. It wasn’t until college that we started talking because we ended up having Calculus 2 in Skyline together. Looking back at it now, Matt basically did what he set out to do and more. He’s quite the ambitious guy and funny enough, he’s the person that got me into working with youth and I couldn’t be anymore thankful.

Hi, my name is Kristen and I'm so excited to be one of Lizelle’s bridesmaids! I met Lizelle freshmen year of college and was drawn in by her warmth and kindness. When Lizelle introduced us to Matt I could see what a wonderful and complementary couple they made. While Lizelle is very bubbly and outgoing, Matt is quiet and thoughtful. I have appreciated Matt always including us in helping to surprise Lizelle over the years from birthday presents to her engagement ring.Here’s to many more years of joyful surprises as husband and wife!
