Wedding Day Schedule 3:30 PM – Guest Arrival Find your seat, get settled, and enjoy the scenery. 4:00 PM – Ceremony Our ceremony begins. Please be seated by 3:55 PM. (Estimated length: about 30 minutes.) 4:30 PM – Cocktail Hour Grab a drink and mingle while we transition into the celebration. 5:00 PM – Reception Begins 5:30 PM – Dinner Dinner service begins. 6:00 PM – Toasts & Speeches A few words from people we love. 6:30 PM – First Dance + Family Dances Our special dances take place. 7:00 PM – Dancing Dance floor opens, let’s party!
