Bus Options

Note: There is no cell service at the Big Indian Bus Stop; and there is no taxi service. All bus arrivals must be arranged in advance. Trailways buses from Port Authority in New York City stop 5 miles down the road in Big Indian from the Full Moon. Information isn’t readily available on their website for this stop, so we suggest calling them (800.776.7548) or purchasing a ticket from busbud.com. The bus leaves NYC from the Port Authority Bus Terminal. It’s the Pine Hill Route that goes through Kingston and stops at Big Indian. We advise you to double-check times with Trailways. You can purchase tickets at the bus terminals. There is no bus terminal in Big Indian—the bus drops you off outside of the Big Indian Post Office (8279 State Route 28, Big Indian, NY 12410). Full Moon Resort

Our RSVP form has closed and Full Moon Resort is officially at capacity. You will hear from us soon! Our entire wedding event, from welcome dinner to farewell breakfast, will take place at Full Moon Resort, a remote, simple, clean old farm in New York’s Catskill Mountains. We invite you to stay with us on site at Full Moon Resort. We have designed a wedding guest package which includes accommodations for Friday and Saturday as well as a breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Lodging at Full Moon Resort is comprised of various houses and cabins. Accommodation styles vary from rooms with shared-hall bathrooms, rooms with private bathrooms, shared cottages, and private cabins. Full Moon will contact you via email to describe your guest package and finalize booking your accommodation after March 10th. We will be assigning the rooms once we receive your RSVP. It is important to us to match you in the most appropriate accommodation, and our RSVP form will cover all of this. Please note that the numbers of available rooms in each tier is different and preferences will be honored on a first come, first served basis. If you will be joining us, RSVP as soon as possible to ensure your preference. Price ranges below include meals for two adults and all taxes/fees: Tier 1: Quaint rooms, many with private sinks but shared hallway bathrooms, approximately $260 per night Tier 2: Quaint rooms with private bathrooms, approximately $275 per night Tier 3: Rooms that are either newer or include other amenities like smart TVs or sitting areas, approximately $350 per night Tier 4: More space and amenities than tier 3, may offer a view of the mountains, approximately $500 per night Note that the lodging website features glamping, glamping is not available at this time of year.
