Welcome Reception

6:00 pm

Join us on Friday evening before the wedding for a small welcome reception on Osterman Beach. We will have a small picnic. Classic Chicago Italian beef sandwiches will be provided from our neighborhood favorite, The Clark Street Dog. Feel free to bring anything else you'd like. The water should be perfect for anyone wanting to swim, Liz and Steve will be wearing matrimonial swimsuits. Parking near Osterman can be difficult and is limited to street parking only. We highly recommend traveling via rideshare. Another option available is to take the red line train to Thorndale. Osterman beach is a 15 minute walk from the Thorndale stop.

Ceremony & Portraits

6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Everyone is invited to witness Elizabeth and Steven exchange vows on the shore of Lake Michigan. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Parking is available within a 5 minute, paved walk for $17; linked below. https://maps.app.goo.gl/nu47jxyov196Ym9j9. Alternatively, rideshares can drop people off at the entrance to the before-mentioned parking lot. After the ceremony, everyone is asked to stay and take photos before heading off to the bridal house for dinner and a reception!
