Is there a hotel block.

Answer

Yes! We have various room blocks at Burke Mountain Hotel. HOW TO BOOK ROOM BLOCK: Guests can book two ways: Calling Burke Mountain reservations team at 866-966-4820 and mentioning the group code ( CBWEDD) or the block name (Cunningham / Bogrette Wedding) to be added into the block. Book online at https://www.skiburke.com/visit-burke/burke-mtn-hotel. Add to the block by filling in the group code in the appropriate space. (Group Code: CBWEDD). Be sure to note that when booking online they must be booking for the dates between Friday August 21, 2026 - Sunday August 23, 2026, and the room types we have blocked off for it to work. (Note: you do not have to stay Friday AND Saturday for the codes to work. You can select only Saturday, if you choose). If anyone is interested in extending their stay longer or a type of room that we don’t have blocked the site will prompt guests to call reservations. ROOM BLOCK CUT OFF DATE IS 6/22/2026 Note: we can add more rooms if the room blocks are full.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, complimentary buses will be provided for those staying at the Burke Mountain Hotel. Bus Schedule: Bus will arrive to pick-up at the hotel at 2:30pm Departure to Wedding: 2:40pm

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3:30pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We know that childcare can be tough to find. We do not mind your little ones around. However, weddings are a good excuse to “get away.” More information at the invitation date. Our caterer can provide kids meals.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking. Parking will be in a field. We do recommend that you do take the complimentary bus so you do not have to worry about driving. There are no ubers.

Welcome Cookout is cash bar. The Wedding Day is open bar. Please remember to tip your bartenders!!
