Where to stay and how to get there

Find information about where to stay, how to travel to the venue on the day of the wedding. We are recommending to stay in The Hague, but Delft is of course a great choice too! We have secured on hotel in The Hague with a special discount, but of course other options are also available, and suggestions are below.

IBIS Den Haag City Centre

We have arranged a special rate at the Ibis Den Haag City Centre (not Ibis styles!), for the 22-24 May. You can book through the link below. The rates range currently from 16O -180 euro per night (can be canceled up to a day before). Breakfast is not included, but there are lovely places around to enjoy a nice breakfast. It can also be arranged at the hotel. The tram stop that takes you to the venue location is just an 8 minute walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is located in the city centre, and plenty of nice options around.

They are located close to tram 1, which is the tram that will take you to the venue. The hotel is very close to the main shopping street, with lovely bars and cafe's

The wedding will take place in Delft. The tram to the venue is about 3 stops from the central station of Delft. This city is also lovey to stay for the evening for those guests who are looking at something in the city of the ceremony.

Travel Note

Travel to the wedding venue

There is ample parking space at the venue for those who want to drive. Tram line 1 from The Hague (direction Delft Tanthof), takes you directly to the venue. If you are staying in Delft, the tram or bus will take you from the central station to the venue. Get off at "Brasserskade". You can pay with your bank or credit card on the tram (no cash)

Flight

Schiphol Aiport (Amsterdam)

Schiphol airport is the international airport. This is in Amsterdam. The train station is right below the airport, and trains to The Hague (Den Haag Centraal) leave every 15-20 minutes. The train ride is between 30-45 minutes. You can buy tickets at the train station, there is no need to reserve beforehand

Den Haag Centraal or Den Haag HS

There are two main train stations in The Hague. Den Haag Centraal (central station) or Den Haag HS. These stations are well connected to the city center by tram. You can use the website 9292.nl to plan your travel in The Netherlands
