When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Formal invitations will be sent out Summer 2024, and will have a listed RSVP date.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Wine and Roses by 4:45pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm.

Can I bring an additional guest?

Answer

We cannot accommodate additional guests. We are only able to accommodate the names listed on the formal invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children. This is an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, Wine and Roses has ample parking on site.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

We expect the weather to be mid-70s in the daytime, and in the low 60s or 50s at night.

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (on grass/concrete), and our reception will be inside.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire (suit and tie, dress length of choice).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please indicate on your RSVP if you have a food allergy. Note that while Wine and Roses takes precautions to safely handle food and prevent cross-contamination, their kitchen uses shared cooking and preparation areas. As a result, they cannot guarantee items are completely free of allergens. Please reach out to us with additional questions.
