Please RSVP by Monday, June 1.
Our venue has a firm capacity limit. As much as we’d love to include everyone, we’re only able to accommodate guests who are named on the invitation.
WELCOME DRINKS (FRIDAY 8/28) Dressy casual. Think summer dresses, skirts, or jumpsuits for women, and dress pants or chinos with a button-down for men. No suits or ties needed -- just something polished and comfortable for a celebratory evening. WEDDING RECEPTION & PARTY (SATURDAY 8/29) Formal attire. Suits or tuxedos are welcome. Elegant dresses are perfect for our outdoor, tented celebration in the Catskills. The ceremony will take place on grass, so wedges or block heels are recommended. Our reception tent is fully floored, so you won’t need to worry about heels sinking during the party. Evenings can be cool in late August, so a light layer is encouraged.
Dinner will be served family-style with a variety of dishes. If you have any allergies or dietary needs, please let us know when you RSVP, and we’ll ensure you’re taken care of.
Due to the busy season, hotels in the area are not offering traditional room blocks, so we recommend booking accommodations as early as possible. We’ve suggested a range of hotels for both weekend and one-night stays, as well as nearby Airbnb options, on our Travel & Lodging page. Many of these are located on or near the wedding shuttle route for easy transportation.
We recommend staying in or near Mount Tremper, Phoenicia, or Woodstock, ideally along the wedding shuttle route. These areas are closest to the venue and make transportation the easiest. We recommend booking accommodations as early as possible. Please see our Travel & Lodging page for recommended hotels and Airbnb options.
We recommend booking as soon as possible. Lodging in the Catskills is limited, and options tend to fill up quickly given seasonal demand and other weddings in the area. Please see our Travel & Lodging page for recommended hotels and Airbnb options, or feel free to book accommodations of your choice. If you plan to use the wedding shuttle, be sure to check which hotels include a shuttle stop.
Many hotels in the Catskills require a two-night minimum stay. If you’re looking to stay for just one night, the nearby town of Kingston offers several hotel options that allow one-night bookings. Please see the Travel & Lodging page for additional details and recommendations.
Friday (8/28 Welcome Drinks): Limited on-site parking will be available. Guests are encouraged to carpool or pre-arrange transportation if needed. Saturday (8/29 Wedding Reception): Parking will not be available at the reception venue. Guests driving in for the day should plan to park at a designated location along the shuttle route, where shuttle pickup will be provided. For full parking and transportation details, please see the Travel & Lodging page.
Yes. Shuttle transportation will be provided for Saturday’s wedding reception, with designated pickup locations at select hotels listed on the Travel & Lodging page. Parking will not be available at the reception venue, so guests should plan to use the shuttle or arrange alternative transportation. If you are not staying at a hotel with a shuttle stop, please plan to travel to one of the designated pickup locations to catch the shuttle. A detailed shuttle schedule and pickup locations will be shared closer to the wedding date, both on our website and via email.
Possibly -- some Airbnbs may be eligible for direct shuttle pickup; we suggest booking in Mount Tremper or Phoenicia, as those are closest to the venue. As we get closer to the wedding, we’ll have a better sense of what other pick-ups are feasible. In general, shuttle service will run along confirmed routes, with designated pickup locations at select hotels serving as the primary shuttle stops. A list of these hotels (and shuttle stops) can be found on the Travel & Lodging page. Exact pickup locations and the shuttle schedule will be shared closer to the wedding date, both on our website and via email. We’ve also suggested several Airbnbs located very close to the venue and designated pickup locations on the Travel & Lodging page to make getting around as easy as possible.
No. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are not available in the area. Please plan to use the wedding shuttle or arrange transportation in advance. Cell service can be limited/spotty in the area, so it’s important to make transportation plans ahead of time rather than relying on same-day requests. More information can be found on the Travel & Lodging page.
We’ve shared some favorite restaurants, hikes, and spots in the area on our Things to Do page.
