Kentucky Bourbon Trail

This is a great activity to see some of the famous bourbon distilleries of Kentucky! As a note: you can spend days doing this or pick one or two for a quicker trip!

Mammoth Cave

Mammoth Cave National Park has the longest cave system known in the world. You can take tours of the cave as well as kayak, canoe, horseback ride, bicycle, hike, camp and find lodging for an overnight stay. As a note: This is a full day experience and is a bit over 2hrs from Paris.

Kentucky Horse Park

At the Kentucky Horse Park you can enjoy pony rides and visit museums all about horses. There are breed shows as well as famous stallions to visit up close!

Kentucky Three Day Event at the KY Horse Park

This event takes place the weekend before our wedding April 28 - May 1st and is a thrilling adrenaline packed horse event. It draws riders from all over the world to battle over one of the toughest events on the continent for Three Day Eventing. Saturday they offer tailgating spots if reserved well in advance to watch the thrill of Cross Country competition.
