We want to ensure everyone is comfortable and safe for the wedding. As of now, we’d ask that all guests are fully vacinated. If not, we look forward to celebrating with you at a separate time. As cases continue to change, we will keep this updated. If you’re not feeling 100% the day of the wedding, please stay home and we will celebrate with you at a later time.
While we love your kiddos, given the venue size and space, we would ask that this is a parents’ night out for folks in the North East.
While we would love to welcome everyone, we have a limit based on venue capacity. We will address invites accordingly. If your wedding invitation is labeled for just you, we have only planned for you and won’t be able to accommodate a plus one. Thanks for understanding!
Sadly, no. There is no ramp to get into the venue, and there are a a half a dozen stairs. With that being said, there is the ability for folks to get dropped off at the top of the hill close to the venue steps and front door. Folks would have to aide people up steps as needed. We are so sorry about this (we toured the venue virtually and only later discovered this)
No dress code. Please come comfortable and ready to dance. We are planning a casual “picnic” approach to the entire celebration.
The ceremony begins right at 5, so please arrive shortly beforehand
The golf course has a parking lot. If all spaces have been taken, there should be street parking nearby.
The only formal plan for all is to have the wedding ceremony and reception. Nothing finalized, but for folks who will be in town for the weekend, we will likely be spending our wedding day 9/23 at the beach (weather pending), so feel free to join us for a quick swim before we walk down the aisle later in the day.
We have planned for the ceremony and reception to be inside. With that being said, we do plan to have dessert served outside for those who’d want to partake.
