What will your Sandals Butler do for you?

We believe that most of our guests chose Butler-level rooms and we have had a few questions about what they can use the butler services for. You can visit this web page to get a more comprehensive answer (https://www.sandals.com/all-inclusive/butler), but the long and short of it is EVERYTHING. Please visit the page and you can log in to set up your Butler Preferences which you can ask for which beer and alcohol you want in your room; if you want breakfast/coffee/snacks delivered to your room and at what time each day; reservations to the restaurants on site. You will get a cell phone for them so you can have certain drinks, food, or sunscreen poolside at a call. They will provide cart service to pick up and drop you off around the resort when you need them. With a butler you can actually get room service from the restaurants that need a reservation if you feel like staying in! I could go on but there is a character limit, so just visit that website!

What are the scheduled events for the week?

Answer

Saturday - Monday– No worries Mon, do whatcha want. Tuesday – OPTIONAL group dinner (location/time TBD) followed by- Roaring 20’s Bachelor/Bachelorette Activities (wear your suits and suspenders & pearls and glitter) – ending the night at the Rabbit Hole Speakeasy on resort Wednesday – Rehearsal Dinner @ Roman Gazebo at 7:00 PM. Everyone is invited, followed by a rum bar and games! Thursday – The BIG day! Ceremony to take place on the beach side at the Over The Water Chapel at 3:00 PM, group photos to follow (everyone will be in them so don’t take off), after the photos, head to the nearest bar until 5:00 PM when the cocktail hour will start at the Sea Mist Bluff and then Dinner and dancing at the Reef Terrace from 6-10PM. Stick around until the end, we have got something planned at 10! Friday– No worries Mon, do whatcha want. Saturday- Make sure you have your departure bus time scheduled, typically this is going to be 4-5 hours before you flight will take off.

What is the dress attire?

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

The Guest App Before the wedding, please download the free app The Guest as a manageable way for everyone to share photos and videos amongst the group. This premier app allows the option for manual or automatic image sharing, so we can enjoy the week from everyone's perspective! 1. Download The Guest App 2. Event Code: SANDALS 3.
