Arrival and Check-In
3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
From 3-6 PM guests can arrive and check in at the Canteen to receive welcome information and cabin assignments if staying overnight at camp. If staying in a cabin, you will be able to drive to your cabin to drop off your belongings and then park your car in the front parking lot. Guests who are not staying at camp will all park in the front parking lot throughout the weekend.
Friday Night Dinner
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Dinner menu includes build your own tacos, burritos, taco salad, nachos, and more! All dietary needs, including gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian/vegan, and Kosher, will be accommodated.
Glow Kickball
8:00 pm
Join us for a game of glow-in-the-dark kickball! All guests welcome!

Pool open: 10:00 AM-12:00 PM Go-Karts open: 10:00 AM-12:00 PM Always available: Volleyball (Lower Field), basketball (Elk Court), tennis & pickleball (Upper Field), gaga (Junior Girls Village), crafts and board games.
Saturday Lunch
12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
Menu includes a cookout lunch of hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, and sides! All dietary needs, including gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian/vegan, and Kosher, will be accommodated.
Games & Activities
1:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Pool open: 2:00 PM-4:00 PM Always available: Volleyball (Lower Field), basketball (Elk Court), tennis & pickleball (Upper Field), gaga (Junior Girls Village), crafts (The Hub) and board games (the Hub). Guests are welcome to begin getting ready for the ceremony at any time in order to be ready for the ceremony promptly at 5:00 PM.
Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM. We are planning for an unplugged ceremony so please turn off your phone before we begin!
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Reception
6:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Reception menu includes chicken, salmon, and vegan pasta main dishes, plus sides, salad, and dessert! All dietary needs, including gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian/vegan, and Kosher, will be accommodated.
