North Eleuthra (ELH) Airport
Flights land at the North Eleuthera (ELH) Airport. Both American Airlines and Delta Airlines have flights to ELH. You can also fly through the Nassau (NAS) Airport. From Nassau, there are smaller flights to ELH on Southern Air Charter at southernaircharter.com. *Be sure to pack your passport! ✿ Taxi to Ferry Once you arrive at North Eleuthera Airport, head to the airport exit and find a taxi to the dock (there are plenty waiting for incoming tourists). Taxis are cash only and $10 per person. There are lots of "Luggage Helpers" who are willing and very ready get your bags in and out of the taxis and ferry - they are usually looking for a little tip so be sure to pack some small bills. ✿ Ferry to Harbour Island At the dock, you'll jump on a ferry and take quick 5-minute ride to Harbour Island. The ferry is small but spacious enough for lots of luggage :) ! The ferry is cash only and $5 per person. Make sure you get off the ferry at the Government Dock unless you are staying at Valentine's Marina!! ✿ Arrive at Harbour Island! Once you have arrived at the Harbour Island pier, you can take a taxi or, if you’ve arranged one ahead of time, a golf cart to your accommodation. Dunmore Rentals is right at the entrance of the pier. If your golf cart is waiting for you at your accommodation or if you have opted out of renting one, there are lots of taxis waiting at the Harbour Island pier for ferry-riders. Taxi rides are cash only and typically around $10-15, but be prepared to tip the Luggage Helpers here as well!
