This is the hotel where the buses will be picking people up and dropping off the day of the wedding. We have a block however if you get an error that the block is "full" please reach out to us. We will try to add additional rooms at the discounted rate. If you are using Marriott points the link will not work for you. Oh, and this is where we are staying as well!

The Best Western is right across campus and is about a 20 minute walk to the Elizabeth. Parking and wifi are included at the Best Western. Please note that transportation to and from the venue will only be provided from the Elizabeth.

We do not have a block at the Hilton however if you want to book there go for it! Make sure to check out the Max line in Fort Collins. It is a free bus line (similar to the Hop, Skip, and Jump in Boulder) that can get you from the hotel into downtown, where it will be a 10-15 minute walk to the Elizabeth. Please note that transportation to and from the wedding venue will only be available from the Elizabeth.

Denver International Airport
Hi All - if you are flying into town Fort Collins is about a 1.5 hour drive from Denver International Airport (DIA). There are shuttles available to and from Fort Collins. DIA also has every car rental place you can think of. If you have any questions about getting to and from the airport please let us know. Also, when booking flights, check the schedule so you know what events you can and cannot make!
