Why did y'all choose not to have guests at your marriage ceremony?

Answer

We chose to have a ceremony without guests, not to exclude anyone, but because we wanted the freedom to be completely vulnerable and not worried about others watching. Also, this union before God means we as a pair will stand by each other for life and it is symbolic of that as well. Of course we WILL have a videographer and photographer documenting the whole ceremony and we will be sharing that!

What's with getting married on a Tuesday?

Answer

We didn't mean to get married on a Tuesday. Jordan thought it would be great to get married on the anniversary of the day we met, July 23rd, which happened to be a Tuesday. It was a happy accident in that the things we wanted, like the venue, were all available!

Going on a Honeymoon?

Answer

Yes! Not having a big wedding meant money could be put towards a trip we would never otherwise take. We are headed to Sandals Royal Barbados! Our own private pool and inclusive everything...spa and scuba here we come.

How will you celebrate after the ceremony?

Answer

We have a lovely private room for 20 of our nearest and dearest in the Gallery Restaurant at The Ballantyne Hotel. Please take a look at the photos page now and after the wedding date so we can share our pictures of the elopement ceremony, the kids, the cake, flowers, and all the mini details!
