Y’all are good together, and you’ll be good—don’t worry about what you’re worrying about.” Even while Lixza and I were dating, Marcus took time to speak with her, offering reassurance that the man she was with was the right one. That meant more than words can say. He believed in us, and he believed in me. Marcus, I love you, bro. I wish you were here. It’s impossible to express the full impact you had on my life.
