When we think of Louisiana we think of chargrilled oysters. Do yourself the favor and go get a dozen (or three) at the Desire Oyster bar on Bourbon St. Not only is the classic neon sign a Big Easy staple but do yourself of the favor and sit at the 6 person bar if you can and let Frankie, one of the shuckers tell you some stories.
