Join the future Mr. and Mrs. at the Funky Pirate to hear their favorite blues singer, Big Al Carson, hit the stage. You won't be disappointed!
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Casual
This venue is walkable from both recommended hotels and a 10-15 min walk from hotels in the quarter. Please join us for a beer or glass of wine to kick off your stay in New Orleans, then check out Frenchman Street for some of the best live music in the city! We recommend Three Muses!
6:00 pm
Attire: You already know we're not black tie folks! We want you to find that balance between "stoked to be photographed in this" and "happy to party the night away in an outdoor courtyard in this". If you've really gotta put labels on it, cocktail attire is just fine. For the guys, jackets aren’t required, but please no jeans or shorts. Short-sleeve button-ups are okay too.
The ceremony and reception will be held in the same venue; Race and Religious, a quintessential New Orleans venue built in the 1830s and nestled along the Lower Garden District. We suggest ubering to and from the event. Seating begins at 5:30.
11:00 pm
Continue the celebration at one of the most fun Irish pubs in the city, then let Bourbon Street decide where the night will take you!
