Question

Are you registered? Where?

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:00PM and 4:15PM. The Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM. Guests who arrive after 4:30PM may not be able to sit at the ceremony site or miss the ceremony. Please allow enough time to park and make it to your seats. After you have parked, a golf cart will shuttle you to your seats in the Ceremony area.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For our wedding, we’re celebrating a semi-formal, all-black dress code. For clarifications, please reach out to us and we are more than happy to answer questions and provide guidance! We cannot wait to see how stunning you all look!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we are not able to accommodate plus ones at this time unless otherwise stated when you RSVP on the website. We hope you understand and will be able to join us to celebrate this day together!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Though we love all your little ones, we encourage this to be an adults-only affair. We also want you as parents to enjoy a well-deserved night out!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, plenty of free parking right on site and completely FREE. Once you have parked, an on-site golf cart will shuttle you from the parking area to the Ceremony area. Please allow enough time to park and make it to your seats.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

For safety, we certainly recommend utilizing any rideshare services and we can provide assistance to those who will choose that option on the day of the wedding.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony and the Cocktail Hour will be held outdoors. The Reception will then take place indoors.

Question

What is the surrounding traffic like?

Answer

Guest arrival is scheduled between 4:00–4:15 PM on Saturday, April 25th. We kindly recommend arriving within this window to allow time to park and be seated before the ceremony begins. Please note that local roads near the venue can experience heavier traffic between 4:00–5:30 PM, particularly along US-192, Neptune Road, Canoe Creek Road, and Florida Turnpike exits. We suggest allowing a little extra travel time and checking real-time traffic before heading out.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Sip and celebrate! We’ll be offering an open bar with a few signature cocktails, plus select liquor, beer, wine, and seltzers.
