Question

Am I allowed to take my own images during the ceremony?

Answer

We appreciate the excitement that you have in wanting to capture our special day, but we are asking for all phones (including to watch any games - I get it, it's football season), tablets, and cameras to be put away so we can ensure to see your beautiful faces during our special moments, especially the ceremony. We will be sure to share all imagery with you once we receive it so we can all relive the fun from the night!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but, unless specifically mentioned on your invitation, we ask that you leave your kids at home and let loose for the night! Trust us - even Emerson will be heading out before the reception so we can dance the night away with our favorite people!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see you in your best dressed semi-formal attire. We ask that you avoid any jeans, polos, everyday wear, etc. Ladies: long or short semi-formal dress, or an elegant romper Gentlemen: blazer, button up shirt, tie/bow tie, suit, dress shoes

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have two 25-person shuttle buses that will pickup from The TownePlace Suites Newnan. The buses will arrive around 3:30p and are set to depart no later than 4p. The venue did mention that carpool services like Uber and Lyft are unreliable in the area so we ask that if you have plans to party the night away then to please jump on the buses to stay safe for the evening!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive to the venue no later than 4:30 PM to ensure that all events begin on time. Your girl wants to get all the dancing in! The ceremony is set to begin promptly at 5 PM.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If a date is not specifically mentioned on your invitation, we ask that you do not bring any extra guests to accommodate and respect our venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the ceremony and reception. We ask that if you do plan to drive, please ensure that there is a designated driver within your group so you may stay safe during that evening.

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting - the ceremony will take place in the exterior courtyard. Additionally, our venue has and indoor/outdoor concept which means some people will be eating on the exterior lawn. We have booked a tent to accommodate those in the exterior, but please be mindful that Georgia Weather is a bit all over the place so plan for cold and warm weather alike. We will ensure that all areas are comfortable for our guests.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes - the bar will open at 5:30 PM and close at 9:30 PM. The venue asks that no outside beverages and any shots be taken while visiting.
