We will not be canceling or rescheduling the wedding. We are constantly talking with the venue and monitoring the COVID - 19 trends to see if we will need to make a change to our final guest list. If we need to reduce our guest count to meet safety recommendations we will notify those impacted guests as soon as possible. We will continue to update this portion of the website if more guidelines are available, but we are optimistic conditions will continue to improve through the end of the year. Also, we ask that if you are feeling unwell the day of the wedding to please stay home.
Yes - There is parking available in the hotel lot or you may choose to park in any of the open parking lots along 7th street. All parking in Holland is free.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone/ device blocking that moment for her to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! And we promise to share the ceremony photos as soon as we get them.
We would love to see our family and friends get fancy with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for our evening. Please, no jeans.
"We kindly ask that you do not wear colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, blushes, etc. Other than that - wear whatever colors you would like!"
We addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitations.
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no," so we can plan accordingly.
