What is the dress code?

Answer

We’re aiming for an elevated but relaxed look. Men: Dress pants with a collared shirt. A sport coat or full suit is welcome but not required. Women: A cocktail-length or midi dress. Light, pastel, or coastal colors are encouraged. Think polished and comfortable rather than black-tie formal. How do I contact your travel coordinator?

Answer

Check back for updates! As soon as we are able we will post a link to the website that she has created, and once that is live you will be able to contact her and do all your bookings through that link!

What is this RSVP?

Answer

This initial RSVP is for us to get a mostly final headcount of who we are expecting to attend so that we can forward that information to our travel coordinator who will be doing the final hotel booking with you all!

Can I start booking the hotel and flights?

Answer

We are using a travel coordinator who is in the process of creating a streamlined process for you to book the hotel through! She has a known list of attendees and room preferences, so you will need to go through her once she is all set up :) She will also help you get ground transportation set up from Punta Cana airport to the resort, so you can book flights on your own and just let her know that info when you go to book your accommodations! In short: Flights yes good to book on your own :) Accommodations no you must go through our travel coordinator!

Do I have to stay at the Majestic Mirage Punta Cana?

Answer

Yes - unfortunately part of our ability to have the wedding here hinges on 100% occupancy of wedding guests staying at the resort. Additionally, you will have to pay to come onto the resort for the wedding if you don't stay there, and will be kicked off the property around 11pm. We highly suggest staying at the property! Also just an FYI that there is a 3 night minimum stay for this property!
