How will COVID-19 impact the big day?

Answer

While I understand that everyone has a lot to think about because of the pandemic, Tim and I have decided that we will continue with our big day no matter what. That being said we will take many steps to ensure your safety and health. All of our vendors will be required to wear masks throughout the event. We will also have hand sanitizer stations always available. We are hoping that many of you will be able to get one or both vaccines by our wedding. Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The rehearsal dinner will begin at the docks on the backside of the Hilton Rockwall. We will have a shuttle bus to get you from the hotel to the venue and back. We highly encourage you to take the shuttle as the Venue is in a very remote location where Uber is not available. The schedule is as follows: Hilton Rockwall Guests Depart for Ceremony- Schedule Shuttle 1 leaves at: 2:45 PM Shuttle 2 leaves at: 3:00 PM Depart from Reception- Schedule Shuttle 1 departs venue: 8:00 PM Shuttle 2 departs venue: 9:00 PM Final shuttle departs venue: 10:15 immediately following send-off Springhill Suites Guests Depart for Ceremony- Schedule Shuttle 1 leaves at 3:05 Shuttle 2 eaves at 3:20 Depart from Reception- Schedule Shuttle 1 departs venue: 8:00 PM Shuttle 2 departs venue: 9:00 PM Final shuttle departs venue: 10:15 PM immediately following send-off

How do I know if I'm invited to the Rehearsal Dinner

There will be a separate Rehearsal Dinner invite included in your wedding invitation

Answer

There is parking available at the ceremony and reception site (same location). However it is a 30 min drive from the Hilton, so we highly recommend you take the bus transportation that we will provide.

How do I know if Kids are invited or if I have a Plus One?

Answer

Please check the envelope of your invitation. It should specify. If it says Family, then kids are invited. If it says and guest, then you have a Plus One. Otherwise, you can ask me.
