Preferably RSVP as soon as possible! However, we ask guests to please RSVP by the latest of Saturday 28th February 2026.
No! As many of you will know, we are still yet to unpack all of our boxes from moving into our new home... therefore we please kindly ask for no boxed gifts! For guests that would like to leave us a card or well wishes, there will be a post-box at the entrance of the venue.
What matters most to us is that you’re comfortable celebrating with us. Dressy casual attire is encouraged, including suits or dress shirts, cocktail dresses, or dressy separates. We encourage wearing footwear that you can dance in! The Pizza Van and Horsebox Bar will be situated outside, therefore something to cover your shoulders is encouraged!
Our venue has limited capacity, so we have chosen to celebrate with our closest family and friends only. We regret that we are unable to extend invitations to plus ones, dates or children.
Yes! There is plenty of free parking for everyone. If you're one of the first to arrive, there are a few spaces directly outside the hall, though we please ask that you do not block the gate to the garden. Additionally, a kind South Leigh resident has let us use her field for extra parking, there will be signs to this on the day - it is just a short walk from the venue entrance. We encourage carpooling where possible.
See travel tab for recommendations.
Ubers are generally readily available within Oxfordshire. For getting home we recommend pre-booking Taxis due to poor signal in the area, just in case there are any WiFi issues at the venue. Local Taxi companies include: 001 Taxis, Royal Cars and Go Green Taxis.
Yes! The fantastic Fabioni's (who are also bringing the pizza van), will be bringing their horsebox bar! Again, due to the risks of poor signal, we encourage bringing cash as a backup, just in case the card machines go down!
We kindly ask that all guests have arrived and are seated for the bridal entrance at 17:25.
For those attending the evening reception, no, hopefully not! There are many ways to get to South Leigh without passing through Oxford Congestion Charge zones. If in doubt, the congestion charge zones to be avoided can be found here: https://www.oxfordshire.gov.uk/transport-and-travel/oxfords-temporary-congestion-charge-cars/map-locations For those also attending the morning ceremony, please see further info below.
The morning ceremony will take place in Central Oxford, guests must be seated by 10:40am, please allow a little extra time for City Centre traffic. There is unfortunately no free parking at the Registry Office. The closest car park is Worcester Street Car Park (1-minute walk), or Westgate Shopping Centre Car Park (8-minute walk). Parking in these locations will also require payment of the £5 Oxford Congestion Charge, payable by midnight on the day of travel. Alternatively, the X20, 400, 14, S3 Gold, S1 and X15, buses all stop within a 2-minute walking distance to the registry office, or please see Taxi information above for local Taxi companies.
