Our story began at Cardiff University, where we met as pharmacy students during a Basic Life Support training course. Not exactly a meet-cute straight out of a rom-com, but apparently saving lives is very romantic. Fate clearly agreed, because we then discovered we were living in university accommodation directly opposite each other. We started dating soon after, studied (and survived Covid exams) together, and celebrated graduating side by side. Even when our training year took us to different places and meant time apart, our story didn’t miss a beat and before long, Tan followed Liv to Oxford. Now, we’re living together in our own home, working at the same hospital, and writing our favourite chapter yet. From pharmacy school to forever, we can’t wait to celebrate our happily ever after with you.
