Will the events be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
All our events will be outdoors. Please be sure to check the forecast ahead of time and dress appropriately! If the weather is inclement, we will relocate under a tent.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
February in Florida is typically very pleasant. Most days are sunny and beautiful, with highs in the 70s and lows in the 60s. On occasion, we have "cold snaps" that get chillier, so you should probably bring a jacket just in case. Our fingers are crossed for warm, sunny, perfect vacation weather! Of course, we highly recommend that you check the forecast ahead of coming to Cocoa Beach, in case we happen to have an especially hot, cold, or wet weekend in store. We recommend having a backup plan for your outfit in case it ends up being on the chilly side.

What's the dress code?
Answer
We are calling it "coastal cocktail" - think flowy silhouettes, beachy vibes, linen, nothing too formal. Guys - ties are not needed. We will be outside on different types of ground including brick, grass, and sand, so we highly recommend avoiding stiletto heels. Most importantly, we want you to be comfortable! Like, for real. Don't wear something that makes you miserable by the end of the night. Please don't feel the need to buy something new just for this - whatever you already have will be perfect. (That is, unless you're looking for an excuse to do some shopping... if that's the case, go for it!)

Where should I stay?

Cocoa Beach has a number of cute hotels and vacation rentals just a short distance from Banana River Resort, many of which are right on the water. Please visit our Travel page for specific recommendations.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at Banana River Resort, close to the many hotel and vacation rental options in Cocoa Beach. Transportation will not be provided, but Uber and Lyft are easily available in the area. If you have questions or concerns about transportation, please let us know!

Can my kids come?
Answer
While we adore your little ones, due to limited space at our venue and potential hazards like a dock and waterfront, we are unable to accommodate young children. We hope this gives you a chance to kick back, have fun, and dance the night away without worrying about nap time! Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you all!
