4th street has multiple different bars and shops to visit! Definitely a cool spot to see what makes Tucson unique. It's walkable from the hotel if you're up for a couple mile stroll or you can Uber or hop on the Sunlink--Tucson's public transportation train--you'll see it around University Blvd. by the hotel!
The hotel is one block off of University Blvd. There are multiple shops, restaurants, and bars on University--also solid people-watching because it's home to the "student" bars at night. There are great coffee shops and lunch locations during the day and highly recommend grabbing some pizza at No Anchovies while you're here!
Mount Lemmon is home to some of the most beautiful views in Tucson. It's about an hour drive from the hotel to the top of the mountain and you can stop along the way up to take in different views of the city. There is also a star gazing center at the top if you have time to spend an evening up there! There are also multiple trails to hike.
Looking for a more difficult hike? Head to Tumamoc Hill. It's about 3 miles total to the top and back down. The top is absolutely amazing! It's a paved hike and very popular for Tucson locals to visit and hike on the weekends. It's not too strenuous, but is an incline and definitely bring water!
One of our favorite restaurants! Great margaritas and table side guacamole!
Supposedly the first mexican restaurant in the US! The BEST mexican food in Tucson 100%
Unbelievable brunch - if you're into pancakes and unique benedicts, this is the place for you
