Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes--we have worked with Marriott University to hold a block of rooms at a discounted rate. Please check out the 'Travel and Hotel' section of our website for more information.

How far is the hotel from the airport?

Answer

Only about 9 miles!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Lots of parking and we will also be shuttling guests to and from the host hotel. All guests are welcome to take the shuttle from the Marriott University whether you're staying there or not.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We'll have shuttles to and from the host hotel for guests. All guests staying at the hotel will receive a 'Welcome Bag' with the shuttle time information on it! If you don't want to take the shuttle, we recommend Ubering. The venue is about 30 minutes away from the hotel so definitely uber-able if you want to leave on your own time. All we ask is that you don't drink and drive :)

What's the weather like in Tucson in January?

Answer

Typically highs of mid-60s and lows of mid-40s and it very rarely rains. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside and the reception will be inside.

I'm pretty pumped up about my new iPhone. Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We're pretty pumped up about our professional photographer! We're hoping everyone will be present in the moment and are asking for an unplugged ceremony. Feel free to take lots of pictures before or after the ceremony!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please send all RSVPs by December 1, 2019. If you lost your invitation, don't feel like walking to the mailbox, your dog ate the RSVP card, the baby tore it up, etc. -- you're also welcome to text Laura or Mike your RSVP count as well. Official invitations are planned to arrive in October.

We have decided to have an adults-only ceremony and reception. Take a weekend off from your parenting responsibilities!
