Ben is my younger brother but most agree he is the wiser of the two Little brothers. While we didn't always get along when we were younger, the two of us have grown very close over the past decade. He asked me to be his best man in 2017 and there's no one else I would consider to be by my side on the big day.

Sarah and Ellie have been (sorority) sisters since their Freshman year of college. Sarah has always been there to lend a ear and a shoulder to cry on since day one. Sarah has always been there for celebrate highs and lows together, no matter what.

When Adam moved to Nebraska in 2009, Aaron was one of the first friends he made while they both worked at Lazlo's. In the twelve years since, they've been through it all. With uncertain job prospects after law school, Aaron welcome Adam into his home until he could get life sorted and their bond was cemented. Adam even officiated Aaron's wedding years later. Aaron is the dictionary definition of best friend, there's nothing he wouldn't do for those he cares about.

Grace was there for this adventure since it started, as the photographer who caught the moment on camera! Grace is one of my newest friends in Omaha and has helped this place feel more and more like home.

Adam and Chad met one fateful weekend at Omaha Comicon when they were introduced by a mutual friend. Since then, rarely has there been a comic or anime convention that these two didn't attend together. Chad was also Adam's secret accomplice in arranging the proposal, both the original plan that was scuttled by the pandemic, and the eventual proposal in August.

Partners in Crime, Ciara and Ellie met at Anime - Iowa in 2016 and have been inseparable ever since. She's got a big mouth and a bigger heart, she's always there to pick me up when I'm feeling down.

Ryan and Adam first met playing Pokemon Go and their friendship has bellossomed from there! From anime conventions, to duck races and Pokemon events, shenanigans are bound to follow these two.

Zazz has been a part of my convention family since before Adam was even in the picture. (Even thought they were absolutely the one who kept encouraging me to "make a move" 😅) Zazz has a big laugh and a bigger heart, always down for an adventure and a midnight car concert, they're the perfect person for causing chaos and laughing till you're red in the face.

James and I became fast friends in college, eventually living together in the luxurious Block 16 apartments in downtown Fargo. Many many adventures were had, from pirating down the James river, after hours rock band parties (to the chagrin of our downstairs neighbors), and raising a vibrant hibiscus tree named Herbie. We are two kindred spirits, bonded over our love of fine whiskies and adventures.
