Victoria Airport (YYJ)

If you’re flying, fly into the Victoria Airport (YYJ). It is possible to take public transport and the ferry from Vancouver Airport (YVR), but it’s a 4-8 hour journey depending on if you rent a car or not.

There are plenty of hotels to stay at in Victoria or Sidney that are within a 30 minute drive of the venue. You are likely to find even more AirBnBs and VRBOs closer to the venue, but book soon! The wedding is taking place over the Canadian May long weekend, which is popular for travel and tourism. Monday is the statutory holiday.

Transportation

There is plenty of parking at the venue, but many of you will want to arrange a ride. The area around Sea Cider has limited coverage for taxis and ubers and no nearby public transport. Please make sure to arrange transportation home, either by pre-booking a taxi or uber, or arranging a carpool with a designated driver.
