Question

COVID-19 Update!

Answer

With no clear end to the current pandemic in sight, we have decided to go on with our wedding as planned with a few modifications! Our venue and vendors have all been wonderful, reaching out with their safety modifications during this time. We have also added a few of our own. All safety steps taken are listed in the following FAQ. As of right now our venue, and the state of Florida, are allowing events at 50% capacity. Should that change we will let everyone know as soon as we do via, via E-mail! Please check back on this page before travelling for the wedding for the most recent updates and CDC guidelines pertaining to Florida.

Question

Safety measures

Answer

- Our venue will be providing surgical face masks to all guests and ask that they be worn during the ceremony and at all other possible times when not enjoying food or beverage. - We have rented extra event space in an attempt to space out ceremony seating and reception seating as much as possible! The spacing will follow CDC regulations an guidelines. - Paradise cove is taking temperatures of all vendor personnel when they arrive. Anyone with a temperature over 100 F is asked to leave immediately. - We will be seating parties whom traveled together together at the reception. - There will be a buffet line however there will be a sneeze-guard in front of it. Servers wearing masks and gloves will put all food on a plate before handing it to the guest. - Our caterers have also removed all water pitches, salt and pepper shakers, etc. from tables and these items will be available upon request.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We will have a room black at the Holiday Inn and at B Hotel Resort and Spa. The bride and groom will be staying at the B Resort Hotel and Spa. Please check back next week for the links to book at either hotel! With hotels being half staffed, it has taken a little longer than normal for communications.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please have your RSVP’s in by August 7th! If your plans change after that date due to the pandemic we understand! The link will still be open, just update your RSVP and let the Bride or Groom know!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Zola, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Amazon! All of the registry items can be viewed on this website!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 4:30pm! Seating will begin at 4:40pm. The ceremony will start at 5:00pm.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. However it is an outdoor venue so dress to stay cool and consider a change of shoes for comfort!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation specified a guest feel free! Please let us know their name on the RSVP link. If your invitation didn’t say, we would prefer to enjoy just your company!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We adore all our nephews and our friends kids. Please bring them if you wish. If you’d like a night away we understand as well.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do! We have a special line in our RSVP page for this information!

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is! There should be plenty of room for our in-town guests and the out of town-ers who rent cars. However, Uber is always a great option after celebratory events!
