Are kids welcome?
Answer
Due to limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate all children. As much as we wish we could, only listed guests on your formal invitations may join. So please, leave the littles!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
To get acquainted with the venue and find a seat, we would recommend getting to the ceremony site by 4:30pm. Sunol's Casa Bella is in located in a quaint town and has lots of area for photo-taking.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes there's a free parking lot across the street from the venue. Parking attendants will be available to guide you.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Ceremony and reception will be held at Sunol's Casa Bella. Ceremony will be outdoors while the reception will be held indoors.

Will there be food and drinks served?
Answer
Absolutely! Cocktail hour will start right after the ceremony, so grab a drink and apps while the bridal party takes photos nearby. Dinner will start at 6:45pm served buffet style. Dinner include a cascading garden display of appetizers, salad, side entree, three proteins as entrées. In addition the follow will be served: rice pilaf, assorted seasonal vegetables, assorted sliced artisan bread & butter, gourmet coffee and tea. There will be wine service during dinner as well as an open bar! Please note: due to venue restriction, shots will not be served.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?
Answer
Please bring your dancing shoes and dance the night away until 10pm. Followed by a sparkler send-off!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If the invitation says "and guest", then yes, if not, we would prefer it to be just you.
