What should I wear?

Dressy casual to semi-formal. Think cocktail dresses, dress shirts, and slacks.

Can I bring a guest or my children?

Please refer to your invitation to see if a guest is included. Due to our intimate celebration/limited seating, we're only able to accommodate those listed on your invite. We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Everything will take place at the Calumet Club. The ceremony will begin at 4 PM in the designated outdoor area, and will last about 30 minutes. followed by cocktail hour and the reception indoors.

Please RSVP by September 15, 2025 so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be food and drinks?

Absolutely! We'll have appetizers during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious dinner, dessert, and drinks at the reception. Enjoy!

Yes, free onsite parking is available at the Calumet Club.

What’s the weather like in October?

Answer

October in southern Indiana is usually cool and pleasant, with highs in the mid-60s and lows in the 40s. We’ll have indoor options if the weather doesn’t cooperate!

The ceremony begins at 4 PM. Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early to get seated and settled.

How do I get to Calumet Club?

Answer

The Calumet Club is located just across the river from Louisville, Kentucky—about a 10-minute drive from downtown Louisville. For those flying in, the closest airport is Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF).
