How do we arrive to the property?

Answer

Public transportation is not available to arrive to the winery. You will need rental car or ride hire. IMPORTANT!! BE SURE TO GET YOUR INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS LICENSE AAA (TRIPLE A) IT IS REQUIRED FOR RENTAL CAR COMPANIES!

Do I need travel insurance?

Answer

Highly recommended. Ask your insurance carrier or add to your travel plans for peace of mind.

What is the typical weather like in October in Tuscany?

Answer

Mild and comfortable *Daytime: 60-72 F (16-22 C) *Evenings: Cool, bring layers *Rain: Possible, but usually short and scattered Pack a light jacket or sweater, comfy walking shoes

Should I carry cash?

Answer

Yes, but not a lot. Cards are widely accepted, but small cafes, bakeries, gelaterias and festivals often prefer cash. Stick to banks ATMs and avoid tourist machines with high fees. No ATM at winery.

Do I need to bring anything?

Answer

Yes, consider bringing preferred snacks, drinks with a quick stop at market in town. Your accommodation will have kitchen area for food storage and cooking needs. Breakfast and lunch is not included; however, we will try our best to provide some fruits, meats and cheeses, etc to share with our guests.
