When should we reserve the hotel?

Answer

ASAP! Your reservation can be cancelled 48 hours in advance, and there is no charge placed ahead of your stay. Ask for Cristy Flores.

Is the welcome event casual?

Answer

Yes - but if you happen to have worn a tux on the plane, that's OK too.

What should I wear on Saturday?

Answer

If you know us you know we love to get dressed up, so of course we will be gussied up for our big day with perhaps a couple of wardrobe changes. Saturday starts early (10 AM) and has some twists (bus tour) and turns (reception) -- the city tour will follow the ceremony, then there will be a few hour break before the reception. July weather in SF is really unpredictable -- but please dress how you would like to be seen on our wedding photo gallery wall. Please no jeans...

Is everyone invited on the bus for the city tour after the ceremony?

What sites will we see?

We'll go to some of the most scenic and romantic spots in the city to enjoy and take photographs with our guests.

Do we have a break on Saturday?

Answer

Yep, 2 hours. The bus will drop us off at the hotels at 2:00 for naps, relaxing, or more sightseeing. See you at Scoma's at 4:00 -- if it's a nice day it would be a wonderful walk, about 30 minutes with some decent hills. Otherwise take a car.

Will there be a Sunday lunch / brunch?

Answer

We would like to, but know that people will have flights to catch. Let us know in the RSVPs if you are able to make it and we'll finalize plans.
